Another Pre-Orderer (=- With a question - Page 2 - Guild Wars Forums

sent a message to support on guildwars....they will get back to me in say another 24 hours......wont sit by the email waiting for that mail!

oh they did write back to me!
seems if you got that email I did, you are basically screwed.
Says that you will only be able to play the characters for the 2 days, they will be inactive after that (for a grace period of 10days) if at the end of the grace period you have NOT entered the order key, the characters will be deleted!
This is neglience on the part of the company, and they think we will sit idly by and let them take our money, screw us and then think we will continue on happily.....

so if you pre-ordered the collectors edition in the USA check to make sure you will get in before the grace period runs out, or you will have to start over with your characters!

I may be in luck. I haven't recieved an email from gameseek.co.uk(Yet). I emailed them asking about this. The link on the website to the factions collectors edition does not say out of stock. So I would think if they ran out they would have changed it.

Will let you know.

My EB games preorder didnt come with a preorder key, because they had only gotten a few, any ideas how I can get one?

I heard if you ring up you may get a key. They re-stocked I think.

Not where I am, rang up before and the guy said they don't have any. Pretty much said "wait till 9am tomorrow morning", so ah well.
